Diet Control and Weight Loss
People Tend to say if someone is bulky, Khate Peete Ghar ka Hai. And Today after gaining so much weight I realise that Diet has a very important role in Weight Management. Though I am not very fat but yes look a little bulky to 50% of people around (Rest 50% are bulkier then me). Why this section? Its not the quantity what you eat. Its also what you eat and when do you eat. My dietecian never tells me to cut down my food infact she tells me never to starve, which Jains usually do, she tells me to take the right food at the right time. Here At my blog I wish to maintain the online diary of what i eat with 100% accuracy. Also to be true to myselves and also very afraid of gaining More weight. May i loose some weight . Amen

New things first
Everyday Everytime I login to net, I am looking for something new, something unique. It seems like one day when i login I will find nothing new, nothing to exite me, but its not true, the day has yet to come and most probably it will Never come.
